Our goal is to make the customer happy with our quality goods and services. Due to the nature of our customized business, our policy is no refunds. If we get it wrong, we request an opportunity to make it right. With that said, if you are not happy with your purchase due to an error made by Stoned By SBF, we request an opportunity to make it right.

Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history, etc. Just visit https://www.stonedbysbf.com/account/register and follow the instructions on-screen.
Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at sales@stonedbysbf.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
Can I alter my order?
Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.
When will my order arrive?
Please note, production/processing time and delivery/shipping time are two seperate things. Once production of your item is complete, orders shipped will normally be delivered to you within one to five days, depending on your preferred shipping method and the time of year (Christmas season can cause delays). A tracking number will be provided once your item ships. If you do not receive your item, contact the shipping company to inquire. Once we deliver the package to USPS or UPS, we no longer have control of when your item will arrive.

At this time we only ship within the United States.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on the items you’ve ordered and where it’s being delivered. At checkout, available shipping options will be presented to you. If your order value is more than $125.00, we provide free shipping within the U.S.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer returns or exchanges due to the customer nature of our business .If you’re unsure about clothing sizes, we recommend that you measure a shirt that you currently own and order based on the measurements.

Are rhinestones safe?
Yes, we only use low lead/no lead rhinestones. Due to a possible choking hazard, Stoned By SBF does not recommend rhinestone apparel for children under the age of 13.
